- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I'm only giving it one star, not because of the staff, but because who ever the owner is. They need to hire more people, the staff is trained to do a job, unfortunately because of the lack of sufficient staff- these qualified people can't do their jobs as trained. My mom has been here almost 5 yrs, love the staff unfortunately, they are overworked, and I'm sure underpaid! The administration staff is great, but there is only so much they can do, without the owners ok. So, I'm writing this with the hope that the owner, who ever you are- consider the amt of money you are making in contrast to the care the residents are receiving. You have a beautiful facility, great employees - take care of your people, so they can take care of our familiesMay 13, 2017by Michelle Didio
